Since our inception, Joyfull has worked with the goal of offering products with great value and customer-first service.
At the same time, in the midst of significant changes, we are laying the groundwork for the next phase of growth by introducing stores in small business areas as the cornerstone of our growth strategy, strengthening food safety and security management, and developing health-conscious products to meet the needs of our customers.
We are also endeavoring to create a work environment where people from more diverse backgrounds can work in a variety of positions. In the face of a declining birthrate and an aging population, we have abolished the mandatory retirement age, and introduced enhanced childcare support and a care leave system to create a comfortable work environment that facilitates a good work-life balance. We are also working on the establishment of a human resources system that allows our employees to grow in accordance with their abilities.
