Factory Hygiene Management & Acquisition of HACCP Certification Having obtained HACCP certification to ensure safety and security in our factory facilities, we are committed to thorough food safety and food defense, building an even safer food management system.
Joyfull processes and manufactures its main products, including hamburgers, chicken, and sauces, in its own factories.
We have established rules for hygiene management, temperature control of ingredients, prevention of food contamination, and health management of workers.
Manufacturing in our own factories allows us to reduce intermediate distribution costs, improve profitability, standardize quality, and stabilize supply. [ISO certified]
Ingredients needed by stores are shipped from nine distribution centers across the country.
We have built a logistics system to deliver products manufactured in our factories, purchased goods, and other items in the quantities required by stores.
In addition to delivery, our distribution centers also handle quality control and inspection of ingredients.
We have developed a unique system called “Joyfull Logistics System,” which automatically calculates the amount of ingredients needed at each store based on sales and numbers of customers, thereby optimizing ingredients in each store and minimizing food waste.
